integrados por Constructora, Arquitectura e Ingeniería, nuestra propuesta, encabezada por
Ecay Construcciones, con Itaroa Arquitectos y Urgein Ingeniería como equipos técnicos,
resultó la adjudicataria final del Proyecto de desarrollo completo de implantación
industrial, incluyendo el diseño, la construcción y la dirección de obra, de la planta de
Gamesa Innovation and Technology en Aoiz destinada a la producción del nuevo modelo
de pala G10x. Para la decisión de adjudicación por parte de la compañía fue fundamental
la capacidad de coordinación entre las partes del equipo, así como la diligencia y el
compromiso de ejecución, tanto de la parte técnica como de las obras, en plazos muy
reducidos. El proyecto se desarrolló en distintas fases cuyo desarrollo se concretó en más
de 25.000 m² de espacio industrial, así como en el levantamiento de diversos edificios
anexos destinados a oficinas técnicas, laboratorios, almacén, comedor y vestuarios para
el personal y, por supuesto, el diseño y ejecución de toda la obra de urbanización de la
parcela, obras de desmonte, cierres y accesos.
